1. About BridgeAI Ireland

BridgeAI Ireland is a Dublin-based AI training institute on a mission to bridge young Irish talent into well-paid software and AI careers. We deliver hands-on, employer-aligned programmes — from Generative AI for Business to AI for Software Engineers — combining industry-grade curriculum with a placement engine that connects students directly to Irish tech employers.

We launch our first cohort in September 2026. We are small, fast, founder-led, and looking for the next set of people who want to build the institute alongside us.

2. The role

You will be the in-classroom and in-cohort face of BridgeAI Ireland for our students. Working alongside our international AI content partner, you will deliver our AI-for-Business and AI-for-Engineering modules to the first cohorts, with a clear path to owning more of the curriculum over time.

On joining, you will enter our train-the-trainer programme with our content partner — so you do not need to walk in already an AI expert. We will invest in coaching you up. What we do need is someone with strong technical foundations, brilliant teaching instincts, and a deep familiarity with the Irish learner.

3. What you will do

  • Deliver scheduled modules to BridgeAI cohorts in Dublin, using the institute’s curriculum.
  • Localise content — examples, case studies, language — so it lands with Irish students and reflects Irish workplace realities.
  • Run labs, project reviews, and one-to-one coaching sessions; assess student work to a consistent standard.
  • Participate fully in the Train-the-Trainer programme with our international AI content partner during onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
  • Mentor and quality-assure the Trainer Pool — partner with our content partner to run scoped Train-the-Trainer engagements when a contract trainer is asked to cover a track outside their primary strength, and uphold delivery standards across the bench.
  • Feed back into curriculum: what worked, what fell flat, where we need new content or examples.
  • Support the Programme Coordinator on cohort-level decisions and student progression.

4. Minimum qualifications

  • Solid technical background in software, data, or AI/ML — degree-level or equivalent, with practical industry experience.
  • Demonstrable teaching, training, or facilitation experience — bootcamp, university, corporate L&D, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of the Irish student / early-career market.
  • Comfort being coached by external experts; learning posture, not a "teacher knows best" posture.
  • Right to work in Ireland.

5. Nice to have

  • Experience teaching Generative AI, Python, ML, or modern data stack tools.
  • Existing teaching credentials (QQI assessor, university adjunct, Skillnet-aligned trainer).
  • Network in the Irish tech community.

6. What we offer

  • Salaried role with employer PRSI, holiday entitlement, and standard Irish part-time terms.
  • Funded Train-the-Trainer programme with a senior international AI content partner.
  • Genuine influence on what the curriculum becomes; you will shape it as we grow.
  • Pathway to expand from 0.4 FTE up to 0.8 FTE as cohort cadence increases.

7. How to apply

2. The role

You will join the BridgeAI Ireland Trainer Pool — the bench of vetted, contracted trainers we draw from to deliver specific modules, tracks, or cohorts as our schedule scales. Engagements are flexible: a single guest module, a full track, or an entire cohort, depending on availability and fit.

This is the right role for industry practitioners who want to teach without leaving their day job, returning lecturers and academics with operational experience, or experienced bootcamp / corporate L&D trainers who want to plug into a growing Irish institute. We do not require you to be available year-round — we just need you reliably for the engagements you take on.

When you join, we map your primary strengths against our six-track curriculum (AI Foundations, Generative AI, Cloud AI, MLOps, EU AI Act, AI for Business). You teach inside your primary strengths from day one. If a future engagement asks you to cover a track outside that, you go through our scoped Train-the-Trainer programme for that specific track first — an investment we fund so the bench can flex to demand without compromising quality.

3. What you will do

  • Deliver specific modules or full tracks within your primary strengths to BridgeAI cohorts, using the institute’s curriculum, with appropriate localisation for Irish learners.
  • Run hands-on labs, project reviews, and one-to-one coaching sessions; assess student work to a consistent standard.
  • Participate in pre-engagement briefing with the Lead Trainer and / or our international AI content partner so delivery is aligned with the standard set across cohorts.
  • When asked to cover a track outside your primary strength, complete the scoped Train-the-Trainer programme for that track before delivery. We will agree the programme scope, duration, and payment up front — typically a short, paid engagement run by our international AI content partner with mentoring from the Lead Trainer.
  • Provide post-engagement feedback so we can improve materials, examples, and pacing for the next cohort.

4. Minimum qualifications

  • Solid technical background in software, data, or AI / ML — degree-level or equivalent, with practical industry experience.
  • Demonstrable teaching, training, or facilitation experience — corporate L&D, bootcamp, university, or a strong track record of running technical workshops.
  • Comfortable with Irish learners and Irish workplace context.
  • Self-managing — you will be paid per engagement, not by the hour, so reliability and prep discipline matter.
  • Right to work in Ireland (or eligible to invoice from an EU jurisdiction).

5. Nice to have

  • Specialist depth in any of: Generative AI / LLMs, MLOps, EU AI Act / governance, modern data stack, cloud AI services (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Existing teaching credentials (QQI assessor, university adjunct, Skillnet-aligned trainer).
  • Network in the Irish tech community.

6. What we offer

  • Flexible, well-paid engagements that fit around your existing work.
  • Direct access to a curriculum already designed by an international AI content partner — you focus on delivery, not material creation.
  • Funded Train-the-Trainer programme on adjacent tracks — a real career investment that expands what you can teach, and what you can earn from us, over time.
  • A clear path to a salaried PT or FT trainer role as cohort cadence grows, if both sides want it.
  • Visibility into a credible Irish institute backed by senior advisory support across academia (NCI / DCU), industry, and content partnership.

We launch our first cohort in September 2026. We are small, fast, founder-led, and looking for the next set of people who want to build the institute alongside us.

2. The role

You are the operational heart of the institute. From the first cohort onwards, you will run the programmes — student journey, scheduling, communications, learning platform, attendance, and feedback loops.

You will work alongside our trainers and external delivery / content partners to make sure every cohort runs smoothly, every student gets what they were promised, and the team has the data needed to keep improving.

3. What you will do

  • Own the cohort calendar: enrolment, kick-off, weekly schedule, assessments, certification, graduation.
  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for students; triage queries, manage the LMS, run check-ins.
  • Coordinate trainers, guest speakers, and partner sessions; keep delivery on schedule and on quality.
  • Run the feedback loop: weekly student NPS, structured retrospectives, action register.
  • Track attendance, completion, and outcome metrics; surface risks early.
  • Support enrolment and onboarding alongside the BDA — admissions paperwork, payment status, welcome packs.

4. Minimum qualifications

  • 2+ years in programme coordination, education operations, or training delivery.
  • Highly organised; comfortable juggling 30–60 students and multiple stakeholders concurrently.
  • Strong written communication — you will draft a lot of student-facing comms.
  • Comfort with LMS / collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, Zoom, an LMS such as Moodle or Thinkific).
  • Right to work in Ireland.

5. Nice to have

  • Background in higher education, Skillnet-funded programmes, bootcamps, or apprenticeships.
  • Familiarity with student lifecycle CRMs.
  • Interest in AI / tech upskilling.

6. What we offer

  • Sustainable PT engagement in Y1 with a defined transition to FT from Y2 onwards.
  • Direct ownership of the student experience for our first cohorts.
  • Hybrid working with structured in-person time in Dublin.
  • Support to attend relevant industry events and CPD activity.

2. The role

You will own the demand side of the BridgeAI launch. Two pipelines run in parallel: students (turning interest into enrolments for our September 2026 cohort) and employers (signing our first hiring partners — the firms that will pay to hire our graduates).

You will work directly with the Founder, with full visibility on strategy, pricing, and partnerships. This is a builder role, not a closer-only role: you will help shape outreach playbooks, refine pitch materials, and feed product decisions back to the team.

3. What you will do

  • Convert qualified inbound enquiries (web, social, partner referrals) into enrolled students for the inaugural cohort.
  • Run targeted outbound to Irish SMEs and mid-market employers to onboard the first hiring partners.
  • Manage the CRM and outreach tracker; keep a clean view of pipeline, conversion rates, and forecast.
  • Represent BridgeAI Ireland at industry events, college visits, and partner meetings (Skillnet, IDA, local universities).
  • Feed market insight (objections, comp expectations, employer needs) back to product and curriculum.

4. Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years in commercial sales, business development, or partnerships — preferably B2B or education sector.
  • Native or near-native English; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and small audiences.
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding quota; CRM-disciplined.
  • Right to work in Ireland.
  • Self-starter — you will operate with limited supervision, against ambitious targets.

5. Nice to have

  • Existing network in Irish tech, recruitment, or further-education sectors.
  • Familiarity with AI, software, or skills-funding ecosystems (Skillnet, Springboard+, IDA Ireland).
  • Experience selling into HR, L&D, or Talent Acquisition functions.

6. What we offer

  • Competitive base retainer plus a tiered commission structure on student enrolments — full structure shared on application.
  • Milestone bonus on first hiring partner formally onboarded.
  • Working Partner pathway triggered upon first employer onboarding milestone.
  • Hybrid working with regular in-person time in Dublin.
  • Front-row seat in scaling an Irish AI institute from launch.

We launch our first cohort in September 2026. We are small, fast, founder-led, and looking for the next set of people who want to build the institute alongside us.

You will be our most senior commercial hire. Your job is to turn the BridgeAI graduate pool into a strategic talent pipeline for Irish tech employers, multinationals, and SMEs — and to land the corporate cohort and bespoke training contracts that fund the institute.

You will inherit a small set of warm partner relationships and a strong brand among Irish AI educators; the upside lies in turning these into multi-year hiring partnerships and large enterprise deals.

3. What you will do

  • Own enterprise outreach, qualification, and close — companies that will hire our graduates and / or upskill their existing staff with BridgeAI cohorts.

You will be the person responsible for the promise we make to every BridgeAI student: that the programme leads to a real, well-paid software or AI job in Ireland. You will own student success in-cohort and graduate placement post-cohort.

This is a critical role — it is the difference between BridgeAI being a course people take and BridgeAI being a launchpad people choose. You will work hand-in-glove with the BDA / Corporate Partnerships Manager on the demand side, and the Programme Coordinator and Trainer on the supply side.

3. What you will do

  • Run the student success motion: 1:1 coaching, career-readiness modules, mock interviews, CV / portfolio reviews, LinkedIn coaching.
  • Own the placement pipeline: match graduating students to live roles at hiring partners; track applications, interviews, offers.

You will keep the financial and administrative engine of BridgeAI Ireland running cleanly as we scale from launch into a multi-cohort institute. The role suits a fractional finance professional or a small accounting / company-secretarial firm acting as outsourced partner.

You will own bookkeeping, payroll coordination, supplier admin, statutory filing, and management reporting. We are a CRO-registered Irish company with a clear financial plan — your job is to keep the books accurate and the obligations met, and to flag financial risks early.
