BridgeAI Ireland is a Dublin-based AI training institute on a mission to bridge young Irish talent into well-paid software and AI careers. We deliver hands-on, employer-aligned programmes — from machine-learning foundations to LLM engineering, RAG systems and Agentic AI — combining industry-grade curriculum with structured career support designed to connect learners with Irish tech employers.
We launch our first cohort in September 2026. We are small, fast, founder-led, and looking for the next set of people who want to build the institute alongside us.
You will join the BridgeAI Ireland Trainer Pool — the bench of vetted, contracted trainers we draw from to deliver specific modules, tracks, or cohorts as our schedule scales. Engagements are flexible: a single guest module, a full track, or an entire cohort, depending on availability and fit.
This is the right role for industry practitioners who want to teach without leaving their day job, returning lecturers and academics with operational experience, or experienced bootcamp / corporate L&D trainers who want to plug into a growing Irish institute. We do not require you to be available year-round — we just need you reliably for the engagements you take on.
When you join, we map your primary strengths against our curriculum, led by four core tracks — ML Foundations · GenAI & LLM Engineering · RAG Systems · Agentic AI — alongside applied tracks in cloud AI, EU AI Act governance and AI for business. You teach inside your primary strengths from day one. If a future engagement asks you to cover a track outside that, you go through our scoped Train-the-Trainer programme for that specific track first — an investment we fund so the bench can flex to demand without compromising quality.

All BridgeAI Ireland roles require a current legal right to work in Ireland.
